What shipping service does Ten Thousand Villages use?
We ship all items via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight services for all merchandise orders. Gift Card orders that do not include merchandise are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a seperate order for each address.
Does Ten Thousand Villages ship items outside the United States?
Although Ten Thousand Villages stores can be found throughout North America, www.tenthousandvillages.com ships packages only to the 48 contiguous United States at this time. Please visit tenthousandvillages.ca for information about purchases in Canada.
When can I expect my package?
Your items will be shipped within two business days after we receive your order. The approximate number of delivery days it take for an order to get to you (after shipping) are the following:
5 days to the west coast and SW states
3-4 days to get to the midwest and FL
1-2 days for the east coast
Our office and warehouse is closed on holidays.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Ten Thousand Villages is not responsible for replacing lost packages if UPS can verify the package was delivered. We provide an email with a tracking number once the package leaves our facility to insure you are familiar with the approximate delivery date.
